![]() The true goal is to get to 100 push-ups and 200 sit-ups a day. Your numbers can be lower and be built up to higher numbers with more reps, but just do whatever works for you. ![]() ![]() It first starts with getting out of bed an hour ealrlier and going to sleep a little earlier as well. Now I have been doing this now and it has been great. * Don’t over work your body it will take longer to recover and defeat the purpose.* Now I start decreasing my push-ups because I’m getting tight you can do 10 push-ups, I start using different styles diamond, knuckles etc., I rollover and do sit-ups and keep up the process until it I can no longer go. The next set of sit-ups I do are 50 bicycles, literally lay on my back and run my legs like I’m riding a bike while counting to 50. Sit-ups for me are different every time just so it’s fun. That’s my legs raise to the chest, hand behind my head, and bringing my head to my knees. After my 25 push-ups I rollover and do 50 crunches. I start off doing 25 push-ups, but if you can’t it’s okay start off with 20 or 15 or 10. I mean at least do 5/6 minutes when you have been sleeping straight the body needs to wake up, lol. ![]() The key for me is waking up drinking a glass of water (room temperature) and following up with a 10 minute stretch. The reason I have done this is because I dont have time for a very long workout and wanted to focus on key areas, so I can tone my body up. I basically have come up with a system that works for me and if it works for you great, glad I could share. I don’t know if I would call this a challenge, but it is something I have been using to do my workouts in the morning. Pushups and situps are a great exercise to start off with. ![]()
